I generally use Hemel Hempstead office for majority of my insurances. I was a little surprised to receive a renewal call purporting to be from another branch but from a town I'd never been contacted from before. Suspicious of scam calls I used another phone to call Hemel to check they did have an office there. All ok and the call was efficient and insurance renewed. Not sure how you reassure suspicious customers that the call is indeed from an A-Plan branch.
