Tried to help and I have a number to call and not a call centre. Yeaaaaah. It means a lot as I have been constantly frustrated with call centres and no individual to call. How many times do we have to give our security information and then relate what has been told so many times??

The member of staff I met at A-Plan Insurance when I went to insure my car could not have been more helpful.He answered every question I asked and explained certain things I was unsure of.It was the best experience I have ever had with an insurance person.
