This afternoon Catherine Smith from the Tooting office phoned to speak to me about my home insurance renewal. She was very professional and great at explaining to me about the renewal policy she had to offer to cover my house for the coming next 12 months. To which I was happy to go ahead and renew .

I have recently had to make several changes to my insurance over the last year and also renew it. I find the A plan team happy, courteous, helpful and honest. Every time I phoned it was no problem changing things, I had advice when needed and options explained. Everything is checked and explained in detail and documents sent out quickly.
