It was nice to get a face to experience as apposed to an on-line quote which can leave you feeling quite negative. Amy was very helpful and made me feel at ease as I have recently been made aware of a health issue that I was required to report to my insurance company. She assured me that this would not affect my policy plus she was able to get get me an excellent quote so I will confidently recomend A-Plan to my friends and family. Thanks Amy.

So many insurance companies are inpersonal. one deals with advisers that are not local. One needs to be computer savy which for many elderly clients is not what they want. To get a person 'in branch' where one can get the personal touch is now so important in this digital world. One competitor now has absolutely no in house brances in the UK. Perhaps all these online brokers are doing it to save the money. I personally like to actually have a face to face conflab where one can iron out any difficulties. The personal touch is so much better than an automated waiting ten minuetes to answer. Hey perhaps AA plan would probably have a competitive advantage on its rivals. The customer adviser did all she could and I would recommend AA plan as a personal broker than the inpersonal difficult to understand voice operated machines. Respectively yours
