Exceptional service
I spoke to Rebecca Kingham about a home insurance Policy, even though she was dealing with I.T issues she was incredible helpuful, polite and very easy to talk to. She clearly had an extensive knowledge of her proffesion and was very happy to share this knowledge. I hope to deal with her again.

The person I talked to was extremely helpful after my husband sadly passed away and organised the new home insurance for me for one of my husband’s properties. Was also very sympathetic and got paperwork sent to home as am not good with computer.

Rob Byrd is always very professional at dealing with my business insurance needs. He helped me with good advice when we first set up my business insurance, and it is good to know that Howden are there to help should I ever need assistance with a claim. Insurance can be a complex subject, and it is vital to get it right in all details. I would always recommend engaging a broker when arranging business insurance, they are the experts, and their fees are more than justified for that expertise.
