Apart from not getting my NCD confirmation of 9 years think that this could be improved plus when someone is going on holiday the callback SHOULD BE PASSED TO SOMEONE ELSE TO DEAL WITH.

I have been with Howarth (Formerly A-Plan for years. I did switch to my bank when they couldn't match the quote for a couple of years. However Im glad to be back as they offer great personal service and you always get to talk to a human.

Impressed with the attention given, when I called to ask about car insurance, having received two other quotes from firms. Although Howdens was a little more expense, the knowledge that staff were available in the office during normal hours to assist and help also a 24 hour claim line available.
All details explained well, especially as I have medical issue's.

Nice people and very easy to deal with. Had my vehicle insurance with them, for last 2 years. I now have my House Insurance with them too - saved ~ £90 for 'same cover', compared with previous insurer.

Aimee was very knowledgeable and professional in her explanations on the various points I wasn't too clear about. Bit to early to properly assess Howden as I am a new customer having been transferred over from my previous broker. Hopefully, other than doing the usual business down the line, I won't have to judge my new broker in a more serious situation.
