I initially visited their office to sort out car insurance for my wife’s car which Tara did for me despite the fact that O had no appointment. Since then I have asked Tara to look at another couple of issues which she has done and come up with alternatives. In an age where EVERYTHING has to be done on an App or online it’s refreshing to be able to see a human face and discuss your issues. You should all try it!!

It was difficult to get it covered with other brokers, but I found that mark and others I spoke to were very good and got me covered with an insurance company were other brokers using the same insurance company said they couldn’t do .

I was helped by Thalia, Theo and the boss after my car was hit while parked and the culprit drove off without leaving their details. Covea the company I was insured with wrote my vehicle off but took more than 4 weeks to pay out. It would’ve taken longer had Thalia and the boss not pestered them for me. Theo found me a great deal for my new insurance. We as a family have used Howdens ( A plan) for years and have always been happy with the service they have given us. We like to use a broker because we can go and speak to someone face to face if we have any problems.
