I found using Howdens so much easier than the compare sites. You just answer the questions they do the work for you. I can phone and speak to a person, the person I spoke to was polite and very helpful.

Harry gave me total confidence he was covering all aspects I needed rather than pushing me to purchase multiple extras which I could not afford. He was very patient and understanding as I was constantly being interrupted at work whilst trying to talk me through the policy.

I made a claim for damage to my car following a coach driving in to me whilst I was stationary. The claim was handled very efficiently and seamlessly across the various teams involved. Sarah was the person handling it at the Luton Branch and I’ve just thanked her for the excellent service.

Arrived early, was granted access into the building and the lady on the front desk, I did not catch her name, was politeful and very helpful, she basically pre-screened myself and got my details, then another 2 members of staff turned up and they was also courteous and polite.
I was then assigned to Darcie, who took further information and my case was slightly bespoke but she made light work of the situation and she was very polite and down to earth, made the conversation effortless and had some friendly banter too :)
Overall I am used to speaking to cold people over the phone/everything automated via computers and instant quotes but this time round it was better to have a real life person tailor a quote to your requirements and met expecectations.
For this reason I would personally recommend Howden/Sutton Coldfield Branch and would bring my custom back to them, as I need to do a business insurance policy soon and will for sure email Darcie to get this sorted.
Overall all staff I met at the branch today was A1 and as mentioned above, highly recommend Howden/Darcie who was fantastic.

Very helpful and easy to talk with seem very experienced and competitive on pricing haven’t had any untoward happening hopefully won’t that’s when you find out how good you’re insurance is fingers crossed I don’t have to worry about it,so far so good.
