My car was involved in an incident with a large heavy branch falling fom a tree causing damage to the car roof, bonnet and front nearside. Also the windscreen was damage beyound repair which deemed it undrivable.
On making my first phoncall, the call was answered immediately by a member of staff. A lovely lady called Cecile who answered my call dealt with my claims process from start to finish. She kept me informed at various stages by phone how repairs were progressing. At the start of my claim she arranged to have my car taken away and a courtasy car arrived at my home address within one day. When repairs and paint work were completed my car was returned to me,cleaned inside and out, to my home address.
All in all a great service from Howden Insurance and I would recommend them to anyone.

The representatives I spoke to were very knowledgeable and attentive to my personal policy with regards to informing me of good security devices to immobilise my vehicle to getting me to send photos of my vehicle to establish an agreed value from my insurer.

I had a No fault accident and my car was written off, Mosese my insurance advisor at howdens was brilliant , very patient and helped in getting my settlement from the insurer , also got my new policy for my new car sorted.
