I have used APlan/Howdens for many years and my experience has always been good. This time communication wasn't so good, and some of the information proved to be misleading. However, another member of staff sorted the problem without any fuss and to my satisfaction.

Really competitive to the internet and you get the personal service. Now have 2 cars and our house insurance with them. Had a recent no fault claim and they sorted everything, which would have been more stressful if we dealt with it ourselves.
