After many claim free years with the same company I was informed that they were now withdrawing from motorhome insurance. So I would have to look elsewhere.
I found after long hours on the internet that there were too many unanswered questions to make a firm decision.By chance our Postie delivered a Howdens flyer which read well and pointed me in the right direction. In contrast to many companies, they answered the phone, they replied to emails, their team members covered for each other during absences and all had a superb product knowledge.
Their work ethic appeared to be "The answer's YES, What's the Question?"
It was a pleasure to do business with them. In summary I can only say "5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!"

This review is based on my purchase experience (I haven’t had to make a claim yet). Howdens was very helpful and took the time to talk through the options, helping me reach a decision without any pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I haven’t had to make a claim — and hopefully never will — but that will be the real test of the other side of this purchase.
