Customer services were excellent, I had two quotes, one for vehicle ins and the second for building and contents ins. Having given the relevant details required I was quoted for both and the prices like for like beat my renewal quotes from existing companies.

I have used Howden since their Allstyles/A-Plan days to insure my vintage Lambretta scooter. I always try to deal with Gary Youngs at the Colchester branch as he is a scooterist himself and is very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. You can get a classic policy for an agreed value to cover your pride and joy. Prices are very competitive and they will cover modifications to your scooter/bike, unlike a lot of companies. I have previously used Howden to insure my campervan until I sold it and they were great for that too. I thoroughly recommend them for your vehicle insurance needs.
