We have dealt with the Worthing Branch for many years for our house insurance, rental property insurance and our landlords protection policy. The service we always receive is very good, very helpful and friendly. This year I have been dealing with Angel to renew our policies and he has been very good and remembered me from our conversations and what he had said he would do by providing me with quotes as soon as they arrived for renewal.

I came across Howden by dialing their phone number by mistake, but they were able to help me with my car insurance, I spoke to a very helpful Lady named Talia she was very helpful with setting me up with a new insurance for my car.
The only problem I have she spelt my surname wrong and I'm still waiting for the replacement.

The lovely chap I spoke with on the phone was articulate and very helpful. The price of my insurance was competitive- paying a little extra for peace of mind and being able to contact by telephone or walk into an office if I had any concerns is worth every penny to me.

Tom was very efficient. It was lovely, I just rang, explained that we were buying a car, I was the owner, hubby registered keeper. Tom came back quickly with a quote that was better than our current provider and on par with go compare/confused.com. But easier to get the questions right when someone is asking them rather than writing down..... retired but still working is easier to explain. Rang once we got the car, asked for Tom, he was available which is so good these days, told Tom that the log book had come back with me as registered keeper, but we weren't going to change this now, but for transparency we were just letting him know, he checked and said all was fine and sent the new paper work immediately. He was very patient, helpful, kind as well as being professional. Highly recommend.
