I have been with this company for many years & extremely happy with them for House contents Insurance & car Insurance . Unfortunately they do not do Building Insurance for flats anymore so have had to go somewhere else . I am extremely Happy with them & will continue to use them.

Nothing is ever too much trouble with the insurance agents, they are very helpful, my husband had a car accident a few months ago and we weren’t too sure what to do, they talked us through the process and even phoned the next day to make sure my husband was ok, they also answered any queries we had, very very pleased with keeping Howdens as our insurance company, also you can’t beat actually talking to a human being instead of AI !!!

Took out car insurance with them and was extremely pleased with the personal attention so thought I would try them for my house insurance, again not disappointed very knowledgeable staff and helpful and nothing was too much trouble also if necessary as local a visit can be made to local office which you miss when it's Internet or telephone call only.
