Howdens insure our motorbike, trike, classis cars, modern cars and the campervan we are converting. Always a pleasure to deal with a real person at the end of the phone and very competitive on prices. They provide their best offer first time so no need to call to negotiate a better price although they price match if you do find cheaper.

Actually talking to someone rather than having to communicate through emails. If you have a question to ask it’s so long and drawn out through emails… my insurance was dealt with politely and quickly allowing me to ask any questions that I may need to ask !

I spoke to a very polite advisor who did manage to organise a good Insurance deal for my car. Please ask your staff to slow down their commentary as explanations over the phone are difficult to process. This proved confusing and frustrating.

My first time buying ins for a Motorhome had been on line the prices were a joke but I’d been to Motorhome show at Manchester while walking around met this guy from Howden’s who I spoke to and he give me his card and said give a go we will beat any price you get so I tried the on line quotes the prices were really high so I tried Howden‘s and I couldn’t believe a undercut every single one online so from now on, I’ll go to Howden‘s 1st to get my quote from them. Absolutely brilliant everyone should try this go online and see how Holden’s can beat them.
