However internal rivalry in the company between offices meant I was tempted to walk away. Staff managed to ensure I could pay on the day but this needs to be resolved. This cost the star.

The phone conversation I had with your advisor was superb... detailed questions and answers, it was that alone that convinced me to keep you as my insurer..
Prices where lower with online insurance by around £60.. but your excellent advisor's and the ability to speak on the phone directly was easily the best part of your service..... please please retain your excellent staff and do your best to enable them to quote very closely with online quotes....
