I had a reasonably complicated request for a car insurance policy and Nick Armstrong made the whole thing extremely easy, explained everything and was incredibly helpful and friendly. He's a real credit to your organisation. I've worked for a number of insurers and intermediaries in the past and Nick is about as good as I've seen in relation to his customer service and professionalism.

Howden's have been great since I moved to them for all my cars insurances over the last few years. Not only are they extremeley competitive with their pricing, their team is actually a pleasure to deal with. Taiya has been great supporting us this year and Tom Howland before that. They're generally very quick with updates to instructions.
