Excellent service. I had a complicated situation with my car insurance. James managed to find an insurer when no one else had been able to. All the options, add-ons and costs were carefully explained. James was equally helpful in finding house insurance. I would certainly recommend Howden, especially if your circumstances don’t quite fit with online comparison sites.

As a past car insurance customer I got a very good deal as they were keen for me to come back to them. I also have my home contents insurance with them and they are always super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. If you don’t want to do the research yourself as to which insurance company will meet your requirements, leave it to Howden.

It is so nice to be able to talk to someone rather than trying to do insurance renewal on-line. Howdens are efficient and very nice to deal with. Catherine Smith at the Tooting office dealt with my renewal and was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. I find things like insurance renewal can be very stressful and she made it a painless experience.
