It was very refreshing indeed to talk to a real person on the end of a phone and deal with my renewal without having to remember a host of passwords and have no connection.

Really good service from Sam Riley setting up the police and Rob Moore completing the process. They understood straight away what I needed and explained the process in detail. No problems with the set up and happy to have my camper properly insured!

I recently spoke on the phone with Caleann Adams at Howden Insurance and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. She was friendly, cheerful and personable throughout, taking the time to answer all my questions with patience, consideration and humour too.
She made a mundane and impersonal job into a pleasant experience.
I had called for a quote the previous day, unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the man I spoke to but he was also friendly, relaxed and personable and provided me with a very competitive quote.
Howden do seem as though they genuinely care about their customers, which is pretty rare these days.

I have been with Howden Insurance for the past 20 years. They have provided excellent car, home and contents insurance ensuring that I have the best policy to suit my situation.
Gavin and his team supported me through a home insurance claim for storm damage almost 3 years ago. It involved going through the Financial Ombudsman and, throughout the whole process, Gavin supported me in providing evidence so that the case was awarded in my favour. He then acted as intermediary between myself and the insurance company to ensure that extensive repairs were carried out as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I can’t thank him enough for all his attention, kindness and support during a very stressful time.
I would totally recommend Howden Insurance with all its staff, and now Jasmine, providing a friendly and helpful service in my policy renewals.
