I wanted a quote from Howdens because I have previously found the staff there to be helpful and accommodating, understanding issues that are not explored easily on the phone or internet. I wasn't disappointed as I found the same insurance at a comparable price. Friendly service and fully understanding of my needs.

The service of resuming my insurance was very quick, as Luke Morley sorted it out very quickly, however, I'm not entirely happy with the cost s it has jumped by ÂŁ50.00 in a matter of 4 weeks!! it's a big jump for the same product in a short period of time. I needed the insurance so I can resume work, but not convinced by the high jump in cost. I will be reviewing other options in a few months time when I'm well settled in into my new job, and do a bit of shopping around.
