Personal advice with everything explained fully, including payments for specific parts of the policy, commission, etc. You found me a policy with a very reputable firm which was over £100 less than my then-current company’s quote. I much appreciated being able to sort this out through an actual high-street presence. I had a follow-up query which was dealt with carefully and reassuringly.

You speak to a real human, who's interested in what you have to say. They ask lots of questions so you get the right cover, and don't pay for what you don't need.
I can't recommend them highly enough. I use them for car insurance, home insurance and public liability insurance. All are brilliant.

Just renewed home insurance. Your agent Rebecca Kingham was extremely helpful and exceptionally thorough, suggesting some minor amendments to the policy which suited us well. Overall, we have found Howdens Insurance to be competitive, flexible and exceptional communicators. We have been with them and their predecessor A Plan for 10 years plus, insuring cars and home, with no intention of changing insurer.
