I had a very positive experience when arranging my car insurance with the representative.

I’ve insured a Motorhone with Howden for a few years.
Unfortunately I was hit by a third party whilst travelling Spain.
Rebecca Algar was my contact handling the claim, over the 2 years it took to resolve. Rebecca proactively managed the process and regularly kept me informed of progress. Her support and guidance ensured that I was fully reimbursed and that a “no fault” letter was provided.
The after sales support Howdens provided was excellent and worthwhile and I will definitely use them again in the future.
