It was a refreshing experience to speak to real people from my initial call. I did need to be passed to another branch / department but I didnt wait long and was connected to Bernard who was able to arrange my insurance. He did need to call me back but did so with the information to complete the transaction. He was knowledgeable and also information and it was a pleasure to speak with him as well as getting everything sorted and at a sensible price.
