Michael Foord and Charlie Fautley were superb! Being outside of UK, I had difficulty getting to a live person to speak with me about buying insurance, which my lender required me to do so immediately. Attempt to reach Howden's customer service met with customary ignorance. However, through a prior relationship, I reached out to Charlie, who immediately got hold of Michael to call and speak to me within the same day outside of business hours. Over the next 2 days, Michael actively followed up and sealed the deal.

Catherine Smith in the Tooting office was very professional and there was no problem reducing the cost of my home and contents policy to more than match any I had seen online. She provided a great service. I have been with this company for a few years now and have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Catherine was no exception and it is nice to know that should I have a claim Howden's will be there to help negotiate with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend this company.
