Lovely bright advisor on the phone, very clear and covered most things superbly.
It would have been a 5 score but ultimately a name was spelt incorrectly on the policy so we had to call back to have it put correct and there was another discrepancy regarding the no claims protection that caused for another call back. Every time the advisor was great but just a slower, more thorough initial call could have saved these extra calls

I was running out of options to get my Military truck mobile DJ Booth insured as a number of insurers werent willing to take my request on. I was recommended to Howdens and after chatting to a few very helpful people, I was introduced to Luke Morley. Luke went above and beyond to find the right company to take on this vehicle. He kept me informed of progress throughout the process and managed to secure a contract with monthly payments less than Ive been paying for the previous 3 years. I really wasn't expecting the result that he came back with. This has got me back on track with this new venture. Im eternally grateful for his hard work and would gladly recommend Howdens to friends with similarly unique vehicles.

I received my renewal by email then a phone call to remind me of my renewal. I rang them about my policy for my historic vehicle had a good chat with the lady confirmed my direct debit and all went well got my renewal and documents can't fault you folks thank you.
