Today I spoke with James Gilmour - what a lovely guy ! Professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and a joy to talk to. He explained things - and even upsold me on the policy, so must be well-respected by his bosses. I shall be back next month to discuss motor insurance - why would I go anywhere else?
