Been putting off getting unoccupied house insurance for my late father’s property. Saw some good reviews on trustpilot about Howden and I decided to bite the bullet.
My call was answered very professionally by Dave and I was put through to James Lacey. Through my tears I explained what I needed and James was absolutely fab, empathetic, kind, professional, sensitive and most of all knowledgeable. He took me through the process every step of the way and let me interrupt and ask questions. Bereavement is a strange thing and James made it so easy to sort this insurance out.. Thank you James.. will definitely be in contact for other renewals.

I decided to use Howdens to look at my car insurance policy as I saw what a great job they did for my son when he returned to the uk from the USA after 10 years. All the staff were working extremely hard talking to customers and search for solutions. That is what the person who sorted my insurance did and he saved me £130 so job done with great service!
