Howden Insurance have really gone the extra mile with me and the company i work for. Always wanting to retain our business (without being too pushy). Always very patient and always has the answer to any question (even if they need to dig deeper to find it). I also love that i can get them on the hone very quickly. I have built up a relationship with them and would highly recommend their services. I would also like to mention Gary Shephard who has been amazing. Thank you Gary for helping such a terrible task of insurances become easy.

First impressions matters a lot, my first experience with the company was an excellent one, Christopher Booth is such a nice guy, he was patient with me all through, he respected my opinion, he took his time to explain everything to me, he never pressured me on any of the offers, most importantly, he was calm respectful and friendly which made me to feel comfortable and happy, he’s such an asset.

As someone new to motorhome insurance I felt that, after initial quotes from comparison sites and other sources, there was excellent initial communication and follow up from Howden Insurance. Policy details were explained in detail with additional advice to reconsider options that may have already been provided by other parties, which was much appreciated!
