Explained my requirements to Callum who was able to provide insurance that suited my needs. Slight difficulty was the direct debit arrangement which I took out as had always paid that way. Bit messy using the other company and on reflection reckoned not cost effective so Howdens cancelled arrangement for me. The q with insurance is how good is the claims system - hopefully won’t need to find out!

After having received a massive increase in our car insurance renewal premiums from LV on our multi car policy - called into Howdens in Bromsgrove. Amy sat with us for probably an hour.
