A-Plan contacted me to renew my car insurance. The cost had increased over the previous year but they explained why and we agreed I would go ahead. When the time came they were good enough to re-check the price and it had gone down. I've used them for a few years now and their customer service has always been very good.

I have insured through A-Plan (and its predecessor) since 1977. Their service has always been superb. Don't bother with insurance bought blind over the internet, use A-Plan. If you ever have to make a claim they will do everything for you and act in your best interests. I cannot fault the service that I have received in over 46 years of being a customer of theirs.
