Really rate A-Plan . I have several policies with them and my reason for such loyalty is simple - you get to speak to a real person! Great to deal with and you do feel they go out go their way to get you the best deal. Always competitive I find, and always a super efficient personal service.

I've used A-Plan for a number of years and am very happy with their service. Their rates are good and their literature clearly and sensibly laid out.
In person and over the phone, their representatives are polite and professional, and they're clear about which sections of the conversation are mandated scripts that they have to read.
Their service is easy to setup and renew and it's easy to opt out of any extra marketing.
They don't pester. I hear from them once a year at renewal time, and it's always a short, pleasant productive phone call.

Already have car insurance via A Plan and called today to update information on the policy, which has 6 months left to run. Spoke to Rob Mulholland who was very helpful and managed to make the changes and waver any additional costs. Rob went out of his way to help and contact the insurance company which was unexpected but much appreciated. Thank you Rob. Would recommend.

The insurance service is great it’s a shame I had to ask why it had gone up by £120 then got another quote the same as the year before, loyalty and another years no claims, also I have full no claims on my car but can’t use that on my van.
