Called for a renewal price a month before policy was due to expire and was given a very competitive verbal quote, I was told the renewal will be sent out soon, so waited 2 weeks for my renewal letter, and my car insurance had increased by nearly £200, despite no claims or convictions.
I opted to pay the additional premium as I wanted the matter over with, but am disappointed with the service received from the initial contact with A-Plan, but Chloe Bellingham was very helpful, after i decided to stay, despite not being able to bring the price of the quote down to what I was originally offered.
Definitely my last year with A-Plan, can’t comment on the claims process as have never had to use it in the 3 years with them.

From the start of conversation about car insurance, everything was smoothly done by staff. The lady came across as very knowledgeable on all aspects to do with insurance.
