Come back to A Plan after trying a slightly cheaper company whom did not impress me with their telephone service.

The staff at the Ruislip branch couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly despite it being an early call on a Saturday! New policy researched and set up within about 20 minutes. Really positive experience. Still using this company and branch despite moving away years ago. Always consistent and helpful.

It was a much better experience to be able to speak to a person and given a bespoke service. Stephen was very helpful and told me in the event of a claim I can contact him directly. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do and I receive the same level of service I had when setting up the policy I will be very impressed. A refreshing change from on line. Thank you.
