I have just taken out both house contents/buildings insurance and business insurance. Sandeep Singh and Sean Wilson McGlynn have been absolutely brilliant in helping me find the right insurance. It definitely wasn't a straight forward insurance but they both spent a lot of time getting it right for me. They were in contact all the time letting me know what was going on.So professional. It was refreshing not to be asked questions by a machine, instead I spoke to an excellent staff member, Ellie, who took my call. She had plenty of time to deal with me, and was very clear and concise with all information given. All my questions were answered straight away, and in an easy to understand way. Her knowledge and ability to answer complicated questions about policy details, conditions and flexibility is first class.
The fact that Yvonne is herself a sailor and boat owner helps her understand my cautious concerns.
Couple the above with a pleasant, friendly and supportive approach, and the ability to find suitable underwriters etc, I can't recommend Yvonne Hall at A Plan Parkstone highly enough.
