Another call with A-Plan where I had fantastic customer service. Every time calls are dealt with in a way that makes you feel valued as a customer. Abida helped with my enquiries today and was clear, kind, helpful and human! She had really nice energy and phone clarity which is rare everywhere else but not at A-Plan it seems! Thomas at Poole Office - very polite and helpful. Excellent customer service, really made me feel like I was important and tried to make sure the cover I had was the right thing for me. Offered several different options for buildings and contents insurance renewal, in order that I could make an informed decision about the detail of cover I needed and what was/was not included. Also gave options on yearly or monthly payments. All our family have insurance with them, as they are always so helpful and give us good value for money.
