I have been very pleased with the efficiency so far from my first telephone conversation and subsequent quote. I liked that there was no hard sell. It gave me time to consider the quote. It wasn't the cheapest but there were other incentives.

I was seeking a car renewal insurance quote. Sunny found an acceptable one giving me same cover as I had in previous policy. He understood that as I had never used a broker before I was unsure about using A-Plan. He reassured me and went through all the policy requirements and cover offered before I purchased cover from him. I was with LV, Sunny arranged cover with LV at a much lower price than my renewal invitation from LV.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpfull, great knowledge of insurance. This is the fourth policy I have with A-plan, always find it better to get cover face to face with human than on-line.
The only issue I have is that being honest doesn't always help, because my job has changes I have had to update all my policies and that has cost me £50+, I feel I'm being penalised for my honesty, it won't stop me from being insured with them in the future
