I was contacted by Howdens who I have my trike insured with to see if they could better my home insurance renewal quote, which, at the time hadn't come through. I spoke with Zavaar Ahmed at Shirley who took me through a series of questions before coming back to me with a quote.
When my existing insurers renewal quote came through it was significantly higher than Zavaar had quoted for a similar level of cover. I contacted my existing insurer who did offer a discount but it was still higher so I cancelled with them, called Zavaar back and switched over the phone.
All very simple and well worth the couple of phone calls.
I will be contacting Zavaar again when my motor insurance is due to renew.

Local service based in Macclesfield . On this day I was unable to get into Macclesfield hence the telephone contact. The telephone is answered swiftly and the delight was you weren’t passed through the endless option system and it was a human voice ( not AI) who dealt with my query.
