The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and patient when advising on insurance requirements. Elaine was extremely diligent and courteous when helping me navigate my home insurance renewal. Being able to talk to a professional was key in making my decision to use Howden Insurance. Elaine is a credit to the organization, as insurance is definitely a personal service. It certainly helps talking with a real person rather that an AI computer- please don’t ever go down that route as your staff are your USP!

The knowledge, expertise and patience of the staff is second to none. Elaine was able to help me make sense of the complexities of my home insurance requirements in layman’s terms and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my decision.
