I did not enjoy trying to negotiate the differing car insurance deals. Having to give all the information necessary to get the correct deal for me I found mind boggling. I was recommended to your company and found actually speaking to a face to face person much more comfortable. I felt I had the best quote available to me and was happy to insure my car with your company.

I changed my car in the middle of my current car insurance. From the point of getting a new quote to finalising my new cars insurance policy Howden's we're extremely helpful. The process was smooth and cost effective with a refund from my old outstanding insurance to my new policy with no cancellation fees. Sean was dealing with my call and he was friendly and very helpful throughout the process.

What an excellent company. Every member of staff I deal with are first class. I’ve been dealing with Matt Clark with my motoring insurance. With Matt on his Christmas break Chloe Wilde finalised my policy. I’d never spoken with Chloe before but she sorted my insurance in a professional and competent manner and replicated the service I always get off Matt. I have used Howdens (formerly A Plan) since 2008 and because of the excellent service I receive the have all my personal, business and motoring policies.
