Very informative representative who listened to my requirements and explained the various options clearly. As my enquiry was a little early she said she would contact me nearer the time of my renewal which she did. I’d had my insurance with A-plan for years and made the mistake of changing to an online insurer last year to save a few pounds. Mistake as I needed to make a claim first time in 35 years and service was awful. Glad I’m back with the human touch Emma Stanton in Solihull was amazing, friendly and more importantly human 😂

After the telephone call to enquire about the caravan insurance,the price quoted was way above anybody else, on saying this you then dropped the price to match most of the other quotes that i had which was okay for me to proceed . My question is why not give a proper quote in the first place rather than having to haggle over the over inflated price at the start, otherwise it would have been a five star rating
