I have used this company for many years and in spite of change of ownership together with a name change the continuity of care remains. My needs are met thanks largely to the long serving staff who are familiar with my particular requirements and due consideration of my budget. I'm given good notice of the pending expiry of cover and quickly insured for another year with minimal administrative interaction.
