What I love about using A plan
For insurance is you phone up all the staff are polite and helpful and you are speaking to someone you can understand

They responded well, including to corrections I noted in the original proposal, and rang me back when they said they would.
This is consistent with my previous experience with them in 2022 on behalf of someone else, and enough to make me migrate from my previous provider of 14 years, who's fallen down on these aspects of the business in recent years.
