I spoke to Thomas in the Poole branch and he was very helpful and patient with me as I’m elderly and not very tech minded. I followed up with a visit to the branch to deal with the Premium Credit and it was dealt with efficiently.

Leon at the Tooting branch was extremely helpful, experienced and made me feel like a valued customer. He was happy to answer several queries and options I posed during our conversations, not once exhibiting frustration. I obviously obtained other quotations during my search for Classic Car Insurance and Leon managed to set up a deal that I couldn't have achieved by approaching an insurer directly.
