I like being able to talk to someone rather than working in isolation online and relying on automated web chat to answer questions. What immediately interested me was the fact you are dealing with a local branch and not directly with the insurer which makes the whole process hassle-free.
My opinion is if you want competitive house insurance and a stressless claim process then A-Plan is for you.

I have car and home insurance with you, both of which I have recently renewed. All communications I have made with you over the years has been very helpful and the staff I have spoken to have all shown professionalism. I would not wish to change even if I could possibly get cheaper pricing elsewhere. And of course I do not live far from your office and therefore if I need to pop in there is no problem. Thank you.
