We like to speak to people because you can’t discuss your requirements with a computer, all you can do is select answers from lists. You have to make a choice/compromise to progress and in the event of a claim, the Insurers may deem that that information is incorrect and decide not to pay your claim.

I would 100% recommend Howden, I took out a policy for van insurance with the Welwyn branch. After using comparison sites that just lead to other brokers that give you a good deal only to call you up the next day and hike the price for all the details remaining the same. Howden have taken the weight off of my shoulders, Greg was very helpful initially obtaining my quote, then after 2 days of stressful conversations ‘getting a good deal’ then being blindsided by companies who are only out to extort you, I went back to Howden and Maria finalised my policy with no issues or price hikes, Maria was very helpful and informative in getting it all sorted for me, I will surely be a return customer and potentially move other insurances over as renewals come around.
