My request for a classic car insurance quotation was dealt with promptly and professionally by the young gentleman who answered my call. No faff, no bs; just good, honest advice. By the time the call had ended I had taken out the policy. This is not the first time I have used Howdens at Thatcham and their levels of customer service - and competitiveness - have never failed to impress me.

Although I have been with Howdens and their "predecessors" for some time, the service I received to-day was exceptional. I needed to renew my motor policy and, from the moment she answered my call, your employee from Tooting Branch was extremely helpful. I wasn't kept waiting and all details were covered.
