I’m a new customer to Howden. My kit car insurance came up for renewal from another company at a much increased price. Howden gave me a competitive quote at similar cost to last year in a very friendly, efficient manner. I shall definitely contact them when other policies come up for renewal.

This is my second year with howden car insurance. What a great company to deal with, very thorough, great customer service, very polite & informative staff, very competitive on quotations.. I renewed one of my cars with them & was dealt by luana profor. What a lovely person, she was very polite & thorough & dealt with my renewal very smoothly & swiftly. I must give this insurance company 10 out of 10 for customer service & competitiveness on their quotations. I would highly recommend them.

The professional way in which an insurance policy for the contents for my flat was processed by Callum ( which included home emergency cover as well for my flat ) was processed very well . So as to take into account all of my concerns . The cover also included cover for the buildings of my garage as well. Which helped me especially well because my last years home insurance contents policy with a different company necessitated me to take out 2.separate policies ie one for my home contents plus home emergency cover - and a separate policy for the buildings of my garage. Whereas with this years policy taken out with Howden all of that cover was processed on one blanket policy .

Always found the Bicester team very helpful, which is why they're the first stop for all my insurance requirements. They are usually competitive on price and if I ever needed to make a claim I would rather deal with their local team than an online provider.
