From your end it was dealt with by a lovely lady called Emma.
No hard sale just tailored on a mutual basis with a price to suit my budget.
Now I would like her to quote me on my home insurance.
Didn’t get answered and then put on hold either as what happened with other companies.

I was worried about the overlap on the dates of renewal but my old insurance runs out at the end of September with the new policy by yourselves beginning of course on the same date.
A simple transaction and happy customer.
The only thing that I can hope for is that say a month before this insurance runs out next year I will be contacted by yourselves with a competitive market quote .

Only taken policy out and was easy and they price matched. Haven't had to claim so can't comment on that side of things. People on phone seem friendly and knowledgeable with very little wait to speak to a real person.

Good old-fashioned broker but listens to people and doesn’t read from a script they know what they’re talking about and they are extremely helpful and their prices were exactly the same as if we was going online however I must say mine was cheaper with them
