The mission was to secure Buildings Only insurance for 90yr old mother, who had received news from her longstanding provider that her premium would be tripled. Quick search provided many reasonable quotations - however with one call to A-Plan Insurance via a friend's referral, placed our minds at ease.
The friendly, supportive and helpful service immediately won us over, although a slightly higher premium than others, the human contact was preferred, who also did her best to match previous quotes. We are delighted with choosing A-Plan gaining a Buildings and Contents Insurance and secondly because their offices are local. Satisfies Mum's generation.

I’ve been using A-Plan insurance for a few years now, to cover my buildings insurance. Initially referred to them as I couldn’t get insurance elsewhere. They are amazing! They found insurance and this year has got a requote, as they found it too high and searched for same cover with an alternate provider. You can’t fault them. They listen, provide you with cover that meets your individual needs and they are professional and they call when they say they will. In these financially challenging times, price is the biggest consideration, but A-Plan are my “go to first” on everything, because they get it!
