I have been with A plan for a number of years. I was very disappointed about the considerable hike in the premium this year. Of course it may be co-incidental that the increase coincided with the transfer to Howden but unfortunately it will result in my scanning the market next time the insurance is due on either of my cars.

Renewing insurance for the home is not an exciting experience --- merely a necessary one --- and Howden conducted it satisfactorily.
