Sue at Howden’s was absolutely brilliant when I phoned her about my home insurance. She immediately understood the problem I was facing (where my previous insurers just told me to go on comparison sites ) and agreed to negotiate with an appropriate company on my behalf. The relief after phoning several companies to be speaking to someone knowledgable and who understood the situation and my anxiety! Whilst the name has changed, one hopes that the quality of personal service will remain the same after decades of using A Plan. Guess only time will tell. It is the personal service that has kept us (and all our policies) with A Plan, as the prices are higher than those found online. Personable, polite and helpful staff.
