I love that at A-Plan a real person answers the phone when you call. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at A-Plan, I do however think some of their arrangement fees are high and I am beginning to have enough of the fact you can't do a bloody thing online or involving your e-mail address without getting a bloody survey, please stop sending them, I'm all surveyed out!

Spoke to two separate members of staff and both were extremely helpful and got me sorted with a policy to cover my van and its conversion to a campervan.
I've not had to have my own policy for over 14 years, leased vehicle, so was glad to receive an introductory no claims discount.
