Renewing the policy was relatively simple and the agent I spoke to was fine, but I asked for the policy to be mailed to me as if I take the car abroad I need to actual policy, however I did not receive it and had to phone up and request it.

i think the process was simple but the lady i spoke to said she would put me in some new tags for my key fob with a plans details on and she didnt which was a bit annoying especially considering how much the insurance cost,
