Still excellent value and a good service and I'm sticking with Howden for now. However, you can tell that they're following the latest fads in cost saving, trying to make customers do the work for them via an app, and you have to ask twice now to get a query response sometimes. Yet another company on the cusp,facing the choice between sustainable, quality business and customer exploitation. Which way will they go ?
