Shocked to get a real human being straightaway when I phoned. I spoke to Jamare! What a true professional: kind to an oap, courteous, helpful with my queries, patient with repetition and empathic with a good sense of humour. He has a calm voice as well. Above all Jamare talked me through every stage of the process . I feel I have an excellent policy suited to me on every level. Effortlessly and seamlessly delivered with absolute customer care.

Jamare should be giving lectures to others esp leadship and trainees on how to treat, respect and manage customers effectively. Jamare's qualities are rare! His qualities are sadly missing these days in this fast paced environment where results only matter damn the customer.

Fantastic again from Eastleigh branch again, clear pricing and policies git two cars and now home insurance with them good price on all three policies, staff are knowledgeable and most importantly you speak to a person rather than typing and hoping someone gets back to you
