i was told when i took out the policy that when my retention certificate came through for my private number plate ,that it wouldnt cost to change registration number but when i rang up the lady said i had to pay £15 if i wanted to change registration.

All through the process of renewing my Campervan insurance I had the pleasure of speaking to with Jiorja who was extemely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.
