Several years ago, I was very badly let down by an online insurance company who, after issuing a certificate and taking my payment, told me when I needed to call them several months later that they had no record of my details and that my car wasn't insured with them. I vowed never to insure online again, and walked in to A-Plan insurance's office in my home town. Their help at that worrying time was invaluable, and I have had no hesitation to use A-Plan (speaking to a polite expert over a desk!) ever since. Renewing my car insurance for this year was quick, easy, and good value.

I visited the office on Thursday 23rd March 2023. I renewed my Contents Insurance (I live in a flat so the overall insurance is dealt with by our Managing Agents. I saw the new Manager who was extremely helpful and courteous. The office is only down the road from me so it is very convenient.

It's rather unusual to enjoy discussing and purchasing car insurance. That being said, it was exactly my experience today with A-Plan, in Tootling.

WOW, What a difference to actually not only get through to someone straight away; but also to someone that you could understand. Kerry you are my star, so polite, understanding, helpful and considerate. All my questions were acknowledge and answered in friendly manner. All too often if ever you do manage to speak with someone over the telephone, they can be condescending and still leave you just as confused. You didn't; and I felt relaxed talking to you. I only wish you could take care of all of my insurance needs. I appreciate that you work in particular field, but I was more than happy to leave my details to be contacted by A-Plan to look at changing my home insurance in the forthcoming weeks. Please don't change anything, customer service was FIRST CLASS. 10/10
