The people that I spoke to listened to what I wanted and in response were easy to understand spoke clearly and managed to meet my needs on home and car insurance it was a pleasure to speak to them and they made everything easy. It made a change to have a person answer the phone instead of a computer telling me to press 1 etc then hold. I will certainly use you for future quotes.

Human interaction by telephone. I feel much more confident in making decisions when talking to knowledgeable REAL people. Insurance is expensive and it is imperative to ensure one has the correct level of cover.

A Plan in Farnham have looked after my car insurance for many years now (as well as my company Liability Insurance at A Plan Camberley) and I always feel reassured that I will be looked after in the event of a claim (this was proved a couple of years ago with a no fault claim) and that A Plan have my best interests at heart. I trust them with my insurance requirements.

I have been loaded on my renewal due to an accident my husband had which is an ongoing investigation,I have not had any claims at all and feel this is unfair just because he is a named driver on my policy and very rairly drives my car, I will definitely shop around next renewal date along with my home insurance
