Good at sending reminders, however, historically they have phoned as well; nearly ran out of time to renew this time,as I have grown to rely on the phone prompt, which has been one of my main reasons for remaining.

Ive used A-plan (bromley branch) to find me motor insurance for a number of my vehicles, and to be honest I have been very impressed with the prices and service by Sue Cole at the Bromley branch.
Sue Cole at the Bromley branch has been incredible to do business with, quick, efficient and she finds the absolute best prices! She is extremely helpful as my other broker (ONESURE) prior to A-Plan were a nightmare to leave but Sue was so helpful and went beyond her means to help me.
I cannot recommend Sue at A-plan enough! I tell all my friends and family about her and her services and some have got their best prices from her too. Defo a credit to the company. I will from now on always look to A-plan before anyone else, service is immaculate and the staff are perfect. Highly recommended !
