I had a wonderful customer service experience with Steven Kipling from the Cheltenham office. I have used A-Plan for my insurance since 2020 and needed to make updates to my plan. Steven was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with during my phone consultation. He made the changes I requested to my account and helped me with questions on adding my son as a new driver.
