Seem to be unsure about window insurance When asked if it was covered when glass became loose told no “wear and tear”.
When asked if it was insured when wanting to renew initially told “yes”!
On further investigation and sent to a higher level said it was wear and tear. Got it fixed for less than the excess.
Trouble with insurance you never know with a company until you make a claim!

Bearing in mind that we have more than one policy with you and although you are not the cheapest,what really grates is the service charge every time, we have been with you since the 1980s! Ok, maybe it’s our fault for shopping around but that is what we pay you to do!

Whenever I have needed help all the staff have been both polite ,caring and knew their job.Last year whilst away we needed a new windscreen and they did all they could to help us get it replaced.When I rang to say the windscreen would be sorted the next day the person I spoke to said immediately Greg will be pleased he was worried about you.Greg was helping someone on another line but must have let his colleagues know what was happening.Great service.

I couldn't face trying to arrange insurance on the phone after bad experiences of not being able to hear people properly so coming in to see a person face to face was ideal. Cameron was so helpful and home and car insurances were set up very quickly with no raised blood pressure!
