I went into A-plan on the off chance as my house and contents insurance needed renewing later this month. Not happy with my existing provider who wanted to increase my premiums by 30%+
Darren the manager was very thorough on going through the type of cover I wanted and I have ended up with a better policy than my last at a price below what I paid last year!!
On the back of this I will be going to see them again when my multi car insurance policy needs renewing later in the year.

Customer service team are always helpful and polite. They don't pressure you and call back on dates and times you ask for. Their prices are great and cover things I hadn't even thought of and I've been with them for the past 4 years. I recommend you try them out even if you've been on comparison websites and think you have a good deal. They also do a multi cover discount for using more than one product with them.

I called to update the mileage allowance on a new policy.
The gentleman that dealt with it was the same gentleman that had organised the original insurance.
He took less than 5 minutes to sort it out and sent the new details to me which I received in the post next day.
