Thank you to Laurie and all the team at Howden for guiding me through the annual nightmare that is contents and building insurance. Laurie’s patient band efficient from the outset in the renewal procedure. All now done until September 2026 when we go through it all again.

Thomas Houlding-Strachan was great, it was a great price on my car insurance and breakdown cover, also for posting the paper work to my home address after I paid for the cover, as I requested, Thomas did ring me back every time after I rang Howden first because I'm on pay as you go on my mobile phone as its expensive for me as I'm retired now, also Thomas listened to my needs of cover and being patient with me until I decided to buy the car insurance from them at the Howden from the Poole office, as now I have been with Howden for 3 years now, I hope your manager will read my message to you Thomas, keep up the good work Thomas and Howden staff at the poole office from Mr Gary Frampton.

We were looking for alternative quotes for all our business insurance - Office, Liabilities, Professional Indemnity. It was hugely complex and involved cover for two companies.
