Dealt with Liam who was very helpful and knowledgeable on insurance issues. Went into the office at York and wasn't rushed when dealing with Liam and he answered all of our queries and we got a good deal on our van insurance. It was Angel who made my experience great! (Although I have always had great service from Howdens/APlan) I had to renew both my car and my home contents insurance, and Angel was very helpful and patient, taking time to get me the best value for money. He made a dreaded task almost enjoyable!
