Decided to put different alloys on my car which my previous insurer wouldn't allow, so phoned Howdens who managed to source me a policy, still with one of the major insurance providers, at a reasonable price and with reasonable excesses. Whole process was straightforward and nice to speak to an actual person instead of a chatbot as makes things far easier

James Jones dealt with both my car and house/ building insurance in the past month. My impression of him was how professional and timely he was putting these policies in place. My dealings with him were easy and the various items explained clearly. I can recommend James and Howden's Epsom Branch.
It would have been a five but sometimes the office staff don't pass on messages, someone in management needs to review what's happening.
