I was struggling to find insurance for an unoccupied house and a friend recommended Howden Insurance. I rang late Friday afternoon and the phone was answered straight away by a very friendly and professional person. He took details and rang me back as promised with an acceptable quotation. Policy documents were then emailed later that day.

Worked with Tasmyn on my car insurance renewal. She was able to get fantastic cover at a lower premium, which more than met my expectations! I was also finally able to consolidate and move across cover for a second vehicle which I had not been able to do previously due to higher premiums.
