Chris was excellent to deal with over the phone. He was polite, thorough, and kept me informed throughout the process, explaining each step as we went along.
I had quite a few questions and wanted to make sure I chose the policy that best suited my needs. Chris was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. His upbeat attitude made the whole experience straightforward and reassuring.
I've now taken out the policy and, based on the service I've received so far, I've been very impressed. I just hope that, should I ever need to make a claim, the same level of care and support will be there. If it is, I'll be a very happy customer.
