With a very calm, reassuring and helpful attitude both Cameron and Yasmin found excellent house buildings and contents insurance for my wife and I at a difficult time while we were involved in an ongoing claim. Because of Yasmin’s supportive attitude I now intend to use A plan again in the future.

Let's be honest - buying insurance isn't exciting. In fact it's boring and takes time to go through all the questions. The guys at A-Plan are delightful to deal with, polite and knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to get me the best price. They seem to stick with reputable insurers, so that I fel comfortable that in the event fo a claim, I am in good hands.

Have dealt with this company for the last two years and recently went through a change in Motorhome policy which was involved due to the correspondence back and fore relating to the vehicle security requirements from the insurance company. As with all of my experiences with A-Plan, the service was first class. Jo Hewson, who I dealt with was thorough, informative regularly contacting me until the policy was sorted.
