I suspect I could have got the insurance for a lot less if I could have been bothered to search online. I like the idea of having someone to talk to, but the one time we thought we could claim we were told no, only to be told at the time of renewal that we could have.

One of the few 'cold calls' I appreciate. The guys have already got the best deal available (I'd checked a few others already). Only problem was the "Check out the documents on the website, here's the code", doesn't work well through multi-layered security. I got them e-mailed at the second request.

After recently exchanging my Spanish Driving Licence for a new UK one, it was impossible to get a quote for a van as online and indeed telephone sales asked to "tick the box for how long you've had your licence..." 3 weeks!
