I had recently, to renew my house and contents insurance, having been with A Plan for a number of years. I know prices have gone up, but I was surprised by the quote I received. I could have upped sticks and gone elsewhere but because A Plan is one of the few with local offices where you can actually speak to someone, I decided to give them a chance to explain.
I spoke to a very courteous Ryan at the Bury St Edmunds office, explained my concerns, asked him to investigate and ring me back in a couple of days. He did, he came back with a very competitive offer in line with my expectations, so my relationship with A Plan continues for another year.
So, well done A Plan and Ryan for listening and then actually doing something about it.

Friendly and efficient, despite being hampered by a malfunctioning telephone connection. Bobby connected me to the Claims dept to follow up a replacement windscreen issue - the latter were also efficient and helpful.

Been with A Plan for 5 years, always great to deal with over the phone when renewing or discussing policy. Only issue is on renewal I always have to get other quotes to get best price then they price match. Always only use well reviewed insurance companies for my insurance with like for like cover so no cheap and cheerful quotes. Wish the would give best quote first time as loyalty not rewarded.
